The Lakers star knew his incredible run of putting up 10+ points was at risk. At the decisive instant, however, he wasn't bothered.

The smart move was to pass the ball – so he did. With that selfless act, the legendary streak was over.

LeBron's staggering streak of 1,297 consecutive regular-season outings scoring at least ten ended this past Thursday, as the NBA's all-time scoring leader had only eight total points during the Lakers' 123-120 win against Toronto. He made the game-winning assist, setting up teammate Rui Hachimura for a three-point shot to win the game.
